I had this stuff drying indoors in a heated space for a decade or more and some of it dates all the way back to 1992 when I began collecting the prettiest wood I could find from around the world. If you have a question, please ask it before purchasing- I know my wood and will answer within a few hours most of the time. All dimensions are +/- 1/16" but tend to be more accurate. If there are defects that I can see that I think would cause a problem I will note it in the description. Burls and live edge may have natural internal flaws. Hard and perfectly stabilized with an attractive pale orange coloration and shimmering lacey burl figure, these will make a beautiful knife. The color is not quite as bright as the photos show it. Colorfast but UV protection in the finish is always recommended to preserve the richness of the color if it is to be used or displayed under sunlight, fluorescent lighting or any other UV producing artificial lighting. Gun grip blanks, craft wood, micro lumber, box wood, etc. Vacuum oven dried and then stabilized using the finest plant resin and ready for your finest creation. Please note that the color you see on your screen may be different than the color I see on my screen so please ask questions if precise color or shade is important for your project.
