This pack is sized ideally for essential gear carry for up to a three day period away from your home or base camp. This assault pack can be worn alone or attached to the Large MOLLE Rucksack (not included but available in our other listings). This carry volume and the added MOLLE features makes this authentic US military assault pack ideal for hikes in the woods, camping, airsoft, or a "bug out" 3-day emergency survival kit. There are many commercial backpacks that are touted as being 3-day assault packs yet there is only one true assault pack. This authentic US military assault pack has all of the features and design elements that the US military developed based on the combat experience and feedback from soldiers.  The US Military MOLLE II system is a combat tested and battle proven system for soldiers to carry gear. This assault pack is born from this system where it was used with the MOLLE II main pack or can be worn standalone for easier movement away from base camp. With a familiar backpack style design the use of the Assault Pack as a standalone carry option quickly became popular with soldiers who were issued this pack. All components work properly, and the camo pattern may show some fading with "US" letters still visible and readable. Very Good Used Condition: Shows minimal signs of wear and comes with stiffeners. Tiny holes or tears (less than 1/16 inch) and slight staining or blemishes are possible. All features are fully functional, with good camo color and clearly visible "US" letters. Excellent Used Condition: Displays hardly any signs of wear and includes stiffeners. No holes or tears in the fabric; may have very light stains or dirt but no writing or marks. All components are in excellent working condition with bright, crisp camo patterns and "US" letters. Never Issued: Items are brand new and may come with original tags or packaging. Could exhibit minor signs of storage or handling like dust but have never been issued, used, cleaned, or laundered.
